1. Who we are

Your Tomorrow is a registered charity in England and Wales (charity number 1211226) and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration reference ZB849639). Our mission is to inspire and educate young people about their AI future. When we refer to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy, we mean Your Tomorrow.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, please contact us at hello@your-tomorrow.org.

2. What data we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our website contact form, we collect the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your institution name
  • Your role

We do not collect any data from students through this website.

3. How and why we use your data

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry about the AI Literacy LaunchPad and to discuss how our programmes might work for your institution. If we continue working together, we may also use your contact details to send you relevant updates about our programmes and services.

Our lawful basis for processing this data under UK GDPR is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Our legitimate interest is responding to and managing enquiries from education professionals about our charitable programmes. We have assessed that this processing is necessary for that purpose and does not override your rights — the data is limited, professional in nature, and directly related to the enquiry you have chosen to make.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. Your data may be processed by the following third-party services, which act as data processors on our behalf:

  • Netlify — our website hosting provider, which processes form submissions. Netlify's servers are located in the United States. This transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

We will not share your data with any other third party unless required to do so by law.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of your last interaction with us. If your enquiry leads to an ongoing partnership, we will retain your contact details for the duration of that relationship and for 12 months afterwards. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics cookies or tracking scripts. We use Google Fonts to display typography, which involves your browser making a connection to Google's servers when you load a page. Google states that this service does not set cookies or collect personal data. We do not use any other third-party tracking or advertising technologies.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Object to our processing of your data
  • Request that we restrict processing of your data
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, please email us at hello@your-tomorrow.org. We will respond within one month.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
